I went to Colorado Spine and Disc in Colorado Springs on a referral from Organic Living Chiropractic after dealing with ongoing neck and lower back pain. I had told my chiropractor that I was in the process of scheduling epidural injections for both my cervical and lower spine, and that is when he recommended I see Dr. Shem first.
From the initial evaluation, I felt listened to and taken seriously. Dr. Shem clearly explained my options and then treated me to an introductory session on the DRX9000 decompression machine. The positive results honestly surprised me. My neck pain subsided, and I felt better than I had in a very long time.
Based on that experience, I signed up for a treatment plan. After my very first full session, I again felt noticeable relief, along with increased neck mobility and improved posture.
